Once an order is placed there is no promise that we will be able to update your order. Orders are processed once they are placed. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order. If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address we will not be able to refund that order.
Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
Purchased items will be shipped from LA within 2-5 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 3. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify email@example.com and provide your order number.
We now offer $8 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $100 *some exclusions may apply* All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority & First Class, or UPS. Standard delivery time is 3-6 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.
We now offer flat rate international shipping and currency conversion. Also for certain countries you may now allow you to pay duties and taxes at checkout so there is no hidden fees when the package arrives. Free standard shipping over $100 and 5$ express shipping over $100. Flat rate $10 standard and $15 express shipping on all orders under $100 for most counties.
RIP N DIP INC or RIPNDIPCLOTHING.COM is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route offers a few options to improve the post-purchase experience.
Basically you can select route to make sure there isn't any issues receiving your package. And if there is we will ship you a new package for free. But we aren't responsible for your package if you don't select it. So we suggest it and its pretty cheap.

Where is my order?
Route Refunds vs Reorders
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, but please note that items can only be replaced depending on in-stock availability. All reorders have Route Shipping Protection added, for free!
What if my order never arrives or is stolen?
To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route package protection at checkout.
When you add Route Protect, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
