Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
Purchased items will be shipped from LA within 3-7 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 2 to 5. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive(USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.
We now offer brand new international shipping at a low cost with fast transit times and full tracking! Fedex international packages will arrive in around 2-7 days once your package is shipped out of our warehouse (not including processing times).
Standard delivery time for non fedex international shipping is 3-6 weeks from date shipped, but may take longer. As of now, UPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery. We do not offer refunds for these shipments if they do not arrive or shipped back to us. We will provide a store credit code to reorder but you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again. Please select Fedex shipping for a more high speed and reliable option.
RIP N DIP INC or RIPNDIPCLOTHING.COM is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify firstname.lastname@example.org of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.
