Return & Exchange Policy
Black Friday / Holidays:
Sadly we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items ordered on sale during Black Friday. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
If you order between 11/26 and 12/25 you will be allowed 30 days from the day the item is ordered to return or exchange non sale items. All items must be unworn, have tags intact, and in original packaging to accept.
Please use the link RIPNDIP Returns Center to start your return. Enter your order number and select the item you are needing to return/exchange to automatically generate your return shipping label.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of your purchase with exception of final sale items. All tags must be intact, must be in original packaging (must have white product label and packaging must be intact), and products must be unworn. If return is not resell-able you will not receive a store credit code.
A store credit code will be granted equal to the value of the item(s) returned minus a $8 return shipping label fee. A shipping label can be printed directly from the return center portal.
No refunds are offered for returns.
Store credit codes are not valid for in-store purchases.
Please email email@example.com to get more info on how to exchange. For international returns we will offer a store credit code for the value of the item returned as long as it is unworn and in original packaging. We do not cover shipping cost and do not allow refunds.
