Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, except for pre-order or special request orders. The shipping method used will be either FedEx or USPS/DHL Ecommerce, with FedEx being used for 2-day delivery.

Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, and all shipping is done on business days.

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Order Protection at checkout. 

When you add Order Protection, you can easily file an issue for a lost, stolen, or damaged package. When you file an issue, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 1-2 business days.
