Please be aware that, due to the high volume of orders we have received, we cannot edit orders once they are placed. Orders lost due to invalid addresses will not be eligible for reimbursement and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
During Black Friday and Holiday sales, orders generally require 3-5 business days to process but it can take longer in some cases. We provide an estimated shipping time from the courier but we have no control over the delivery process once an order is dispatched from our warehouse.
The shipping method used will be either Fed Ex or USPS, with FedEx being used for 2-day and Next-day delivery. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
Note, we do not offer free shipping on oversized items like rugs, beach chairs, yoga mats or toys.
