Once an order is placed there is no promise that we will be able to update your order. Orders are processed once they are placed. Please be sure to use the correct shipping info and select the correct size before completing your order. If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address we will not be able to refund that order.
Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time
During our Black Friday sale please allow us SEVERAL business days for your package to be processed and shipped. We will do our best to get as many packages shipped per day but due to high order volume there may be delays. If an order has a sold out item your order maybe be short shipped and the sold out item refunded. We may reach out for you to update the item depending on the order, so keep an eye on your emails.
During NON HOLIDAY periods, purchased items will be shipped from Los Angeles within 1-3 business days of the order. Please allow up to 1 weeks from ship date for your delivery to arrive (USA SHIPPING ONLY). If you still have not received your purchase after 1-2 week of your order delivering (USA), please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
We now offer $10 flat rate shipping and free shipping on orders over $125 *some exclusions may apply* All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority & First Class, UPS, or FedEx. Economy delivery time is 5-8 business days from date shipped and Standard is 2-4.
We offer free standard shipping and discounted express shipping for orders over $125. If you do not see the standard shipping option available at checkout this means they do not service the address or cannot import the package to your country due to the value. You can still select the discounted express option to place the order. If the order exceeds the $125 and standard shipping is visible then there is an oversized item in your cart.
We now offer flat rate international shipping and currency conversion through Global-e to 61 countries offering shopping in your local currency. Also for certain countries you can now pay duties and taxes at checkout so there is no hidden fees when the package arrives. We even cover duties and taxes for certain countries! Per each country we offer free / discounted shipping over a certain $ threshold.
RIP N DIP INC or RIPNDIPCLOTHING.COM is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. OrderProtection.com covers your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong items, defective items and missing items. If something goes wrong during shipping, you can quickly file a claim in a few clicks. You'll receive a refund or reshipment if your claim is approved. To protect your order, make sure Order Protection is toggled on in your cart.
How do I purchase Order Protection?

How long do I have to make a claim?
You can submit a claim 30 - 45 days from the date you placed your order depending on the claim type.
